Nice to see goodfeedback from for a job well done. Too many people who think they can plaster but cant. I have been plastering part time for 4 yrs and still learning everyday

I found going on a course to be really usefull. THen start of doing friends/family to make your mistakes. It has taken me approx 3 yrs part time to get half decent. Its all in the timing. Lots of good forums online to help if you get stuck

Really brilliant job, the kitchen and bathroom have been transformed. Arrived at time given and didn’t stop all day. Will have Martin back to do dining room ceiling soon.

From the first point of contact with Martin, I received a first class service (a bit like things used to be in the good old days!) The same day as I telephoned Martin a quotation was provided on the way home from his current work, a date to carry out my plastering was given and the replacement of my three ceilings commenced on that date. The job was done professionally and cleanly and looks superb, I would not hesitate to use him again myself or indeed recommend him to friends and family. It is good to know trades people like Martin are out there.

Just a short note ….

Had two ceilings skimmed to cover heavy Artex , arrived on time , did a great job , left no mess… will be using again for the remaining 8 rooms. ….Happy to recommend .

Hi, Some good information their but it also good to remember what type of plaster to use on the correct walls and how long it will take for them to set and how much glue you use for the sheets.
